Project for implementation of equipment to restore the technical characteristics of the unit for hardening products with industrial frequency currents TPCH-750M in the forging and pressing shop of PJSC NKMZ.
The aim of the project was to replace the single-phase voltage stabilizer RS-560 in the forging and pressing shop of PJSC NKMZ, which was used for smooth regulation and stabilization of the voltage under load on the inductor and was in an unsatisfactory condition, which negatively affected production processes, with modern and reliable equipment capable of providing a stable voltage under load, and thus maintaining optimal conditions for the hardening process.
The project implementation included the following stages: analysis of the current state of the plant and identification of problem areas, selection and procurement of the necessary equipment and components, installation and integration of new equipment into the existing system, test runs and process optimization, training of personnel to operate the updated plant, restoration and improvement of the technical characteristics of the hardening plant, increase in the efficiency and reliability of the hardening process, reduction of the likelihood of downtime and accidents, and improvement of the quality of hardened products.
