The project at KAMET-Stal PJSC, located in Kamenskoye, Dnepropetrovsk region, provides for automation of the air distribution system. The main task of the project is to implement a system of automatic control, anti-surge control and energy-efficient load distribution for a group of K-1500 type electric drive air compressors (EVD) operating in parallel on a common manifold at the air separation units of KAMET-STAL PJSC, “METINVEST”.
The main objective of the project includes:
- Reducing power consumption through efficient load sharing and optimization of electric drive air compressors.
- Ensuring reliable regulation of the air distribution system, which leads to improved quality of operation and reduced risk of accidents.
- Reduction of preventive and repair costs by optimizing the system operation and regular monitoring of the equipment condition.
Within the framework of the project our specialists carried out a comprehensive analysis of the current system, selected the necessary technological solutions and carried out a full range of works, including installation and adjustment of automatic control system, anti-surge control and load distribution. We strive to implement advanced technologies that achieve optimum performance, energy efficiency and reduced operating costs.
